We aim to reply within two working days. If your question is about a specific event or order, include the event name and, where relevant, the order reference — it gets you a faster answer.
Privacy and data protection
For anything involving personal data: privacy@delivershot.com.
Use this address for:
- Subject access requests, and requests to correct, delete, restrict, or export your data.
- Questions about our Data Processing Addendum, including sub-processors and audit requests.
- Reporting a suspected security issue or personal data breach.
- Withdrawing consent to biometric matching.
We respond to data-protection requests within one month, as required by UK GDPR. If your request is complex we may extend that, and we will tell you if we do.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Guests — photos, orders and refunds
Something wrong with an order? Email hello@delivershot.com with the email address you used at checkout and the order reference from your confirmation email. If a print arrives damaged, faulty, or badly printed, tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem — we will refund or replace it. Your rights are set out in section 06 of our Terms of Service.
Want your photos taken down? Open your event gallery and use “Delete my data”. That sends the request straight to the photographer, who has 14 days to action it; if they don’t, it is actioned automatically. You do not need to email anyone to start this. If you cannot get into your gallery, email privacy@delivershot.com.
Photos of you at an event you didn’t attend as a registered guest? Email privacy@delivershot.com with the event name and we will pass your request to the photographer, who is the data controller for that event.
Photographers and studios

Payouts are made monthly, on the 1st, for the previous month’s sales. Questions about a specific payout are best sent with the month and your studio name.
Who you are dealing with
DeliverShot is a photo-delivery platform operated as an unincorporated UK business. Our contracts with photographers and guests are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — see our Terms of Service.
We are the operator of the Platform and the seller of prints and digital downloads bought through it. The photographer who ran your event is the data controller for the photos taken at it.
Email is the fastest and only route to us — we do not run a phone line, and we would rather answer properly in writing than badly on the phone.
