Face recognition photo delivery

Upload once. Every guest finds themselves.

Face recognition photo delivery built for the way events actually happen. The photographer uploads the gallery, every guest takes one selfie, and each one walks away with their own private set of frames. The matching runs on AI tuned for crowded rooms, mixed lighting, and matching wedding suits — and selfies delete the moment they've done their job.

How face recognition delivery worksThree steps

One upload. One selfie per guest. Every guest covered.

  1. 01

    Photographer uploads the event

Drag the full gallery in — wedding day, race course, conference, prom. Faces are detected and embedded as the photos process. There's no per-photo tagging, no manual albums, no end-of-week reconciliation.

    Guests take one selfie

From the shared gallery link, each guest takes a single selfie in the browser. The match runs in seconds, returning every frame they appear in across the whole event. Older relatives manage it on the first try.

    Selfies delete, photos stay private

Once matching finishes, the selfie is deleted. Each guest's matched gallery stays private — only they can open it, only they can re-share their own photos. No one ever browses other people's frames.

  • Tuned for the conditions matching usually fails in.

Dim wedding receptions, crowded marathon finish chutes, conference stage lighting, school prom dancefloors. The model is trained on event-photography data, not stock portrait sets — so it finds guests in the conditions they were actually photographed in.

  • GDPR-safe by default.

Selfies are deleted the moment matching completes. Embeddings can be deleted on request. Every guest can pull their face from a gallery with one tap. Audit trail is automatic — when a parent, client, or DPO asks, you have it.

  • No app. No account. No friction.

Guests use the camera that's already in their phone, in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. The match runs and the gallery loads — that's the whole interaction.

  • Studio brand, not platform brand.

The gallery, the delivery email, the URL — everything carries the studio's identity. White-label available on Studio and Venue plans. The guest never sees a generic platform name.

Studios across industries say
“I'd tried two other face recognition platforms before. Both worked on Lightroom-portrait test data and broke on a real wedding reception. This one matches the groomsmen out of three identical suits in low light. That's the only test that matters.”
